Course 2- Choice of Corn and Crab Chowder or Cauliflower Bisque Course 3- Choice of Pesto Pistachio Crusted Salmon over herb and lemon risotto with asparagus or Braised Brisket over Polenta w/red wine reduction and rapini or Steamed Shrimp and Mussel Bowl in a spicy garlic white wine broth
